Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an AI Learning Design Lead to design and advance learning pathways that build role-based AI skills and support on-the-job application.

You will translate capability needs into practical learning experiences, guide design across initiatives in collaboration with the Enterprise Learning - AI Team. You will design digital, live, and cohort-based learning, create reusable templates, measure impact, and ensure accessibility and quality across programs, including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required in related field.
• 8+ years of designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience translating skill or performance needs into measurable objectives and sequenced learning experiences.
• Experience supporting AI, emerging tech, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, performance consulting, accessibility, assessment, and learning evaluation.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled learning tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe CC, Camtasia) for learning design, development, or learner support.
• Ability to guide design work, collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways translating skill and performance needs into objectives, sequenced journeys, practice opportunities, assessments, and performance support.
• Lead design and development of digital, live, virtual, cohort-based, and experiential learning for assigned AI skilling initiatives.
• Create, curate, and organize content into cohesive, role-relevant learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning, performance consulting, assessment, and responsible AI practices to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with partners to validate content and support delivery across projects.
• Coordinate work across projects, managing timelines, reviews, dependencies, and risks.
• Define measurement strategies using learner feedback, assessments, proficiency indicators, and performance data to improve pathways.
• Create reusable templates and standards to scale learning design.
