Job summary

Runpod is a remote-first company with a US-based PST timezone. You’ll join the Revenue Team to deliver technical insights, resolve complex issues, and build trust with customers across onboarding and ongoing success.

You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support to craft solutions, drive adoption, and gather feedback for product improvements, while delivering training and documentation for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with applied AI use cases (inference, LLMs, agents).

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales meetings, explain tech, and build proof-of-concept for onboarding high-spending customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across configurations, performance, and code errors.
• Use code analysis, scripting, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes and craft solutions.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Assist support, work with engineering for workarounds or bugs, address GPU server issues.
• Relay customer feedback to engineering to shape product improvements.
• Create and maintain technical docs and deliver trainings, webinars, demos.
