Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Deployed Architect, Post-Sales to join our Professional Services team. You will design scalable, secure AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems, working directly with enterprise customers to deploy production-grade solutions.

You’ll lead infrastructure design, deploy patterns, and evaluation frameworks, while collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive best practices and successful deployments. The role offers remote work with a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm and GitOps practices.
• Knowledge of relational databases, in-memory data stores with HA and backups.
• Experience designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking, security (SSO/RBAC), and observability.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph for building agent-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Platform Engineering: design scalable, highly-available infra for AI platform deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agent Engineering: design multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks; optimize prompts with A/B testing.
• Customer Engagement: lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Eng/Prod teams to shape best practices and deployment guides.
