Job summary
LangChain is seeking a Deployed Architect to join the Professional Services team. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers.
The role blends software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing work, including Kubernetes cluster design and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll influence best practices and work with cutting‑edge AI tech in a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in hands-on, customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Experience designing production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong Kubernetes experience with multi-region deployments and cluster design.
- Proficiency with Terraform/Helm and GitOps practices.
- Experience building AI/ML applications or agents with LangChain/LangGraph.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments.
- Architect multi-agent systems and evaluate agent frameworks and prompts.
- Lead technical maturity assessments and advise enterprise customers.
