Job summary
LangChain is seeking a Deployed Architect to join our Professional Services team in a remote role with UK-based clients and up to 25% travel. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers, combining software development, infrastructure engineering, and customer-facing work.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Deployed Architect.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong Kubernetes experience with cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
- IaC experience with Terraform and Helm; GitOps practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases, HA, replication, and backup strategies.
- Experience designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development; LangChain/LangGraph familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments (compute, storage, networking, security).
- Architect multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks; guide deployment and operations.
- Lead technical maturity assessments, engaging with enterprise customers to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
