Job summary

LangChain in New York City is seeking a Deployed Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers.

This role blends software development, infrastructure engineering, and customer-facing work. You’ll architect scalable, secure deployments, evaluate architectures, and guide deployments with a collaborative engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes design and multi-region deployments.
• Proficiency with IaC and GitOps practices (Terraform, Helm).
• Knowledge of databases, HA/DR strategies, and security considerations.
• Experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Platform Engineering: design scalable, highly-available infra for AI deployments, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agent Engineering & Development: design multi-agent systems, evaluate frameworks, optimize prompts, and guide deployment/operations.
• Customer Engagement & Assessment: lead technical maturity assessments and partner with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams.
