Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team, working directly with enterprise customers to build reliable, production agents.

You’ll translate vague workflows into concrete specs and guide engineering teams through the solution, or build it for them. You may design an agent architecture for a week, co-build an evaluation pipeline for several weeks, or embed inside a customer team for extended engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering with Python.
• 2+ years building production agent systems.
• Strong client-facing communication abilities.
• Experience with LangChain or comparable frameworks.
• Experience designing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI.

Responsibilities

• Advise on agent architecture and evaluation strategy.
• Co-build agent development lifecycles with customer teams.
• Embed as a deployed engineer within client teams.
• Lead production deployment and orchestration patterns.
• Apply post-training techniques and trace mining as needed.
