Job summary

Richman Property Services is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist II to join our IT team in a remote role with monthly visits to the Tampa Support Center. You will design and deploy AI-enabled workflows, integrate Claude or similar LLM APIs, and automate business processes using n8n, Zendesk, and cloud services.

Responsibilities include building and testing AI assistants, maintaining documentation, enforcing security and least-privilege access, and collaborating with cross‑department teams to

Qualifications

• Rest APIs, JSON, webhooks and API authentication concepts are required.
• Vector DB and RAG tools are preferred.
• Entra ID, Graph API, SSO and provisioning are preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager data structures and reporting is preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and cameras/NVR is preferred.
• Clear written English; documentation quality is a must.

Responsibilities

• Internal AI assistant implementation and support with testing and Jira issue tracking.
• Build and support AI and integration workflows in n8n linking Claude, Zendesk and other systems.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation and version control with Git.
• Governance: guardrails for PII, HR, payroll and confidential data.
• Collaborate with departments to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Assist with operational automations including dispatch workflows.
