Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping advance AI systems in real-world tasks.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs for naturalness and usefulness, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom to verify issues.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking in realistic situations and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation.
