Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning in real-time conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
