Job summary

Exchange Life is a fully remote, international team seeking a Graphic Designer (AI Native) to own the visual direction of image ads. You will generate AI images, apply headlines in Photoshop, and iterate based on ad performance.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Photoshop skills with ability to edit and composite images.
• Strong typography and layout sense for ad creatives.
• Portfolio showcasing clean, polished design work.
• Ability to follow a creative brief and established processes independently.
• Reliable communicator who flags issues early.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI product images using prompts and workflows.
• Overlay headlines and copy in Photoshop to match brand style.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Organize creative assets and maintain AI image library.
• Communicate bottlenecks, capacity, and output proactively.
