Job summary

Exchange Life is a fast-growing travel jewellery brand expanding its image ad creatives with AI-native design. Join a lean, fully remote team to own the static side of our creative output, test concepts, and expand our prompt library for performance-driven ads.

The contract role is ~40 hours/week, remote, with monthly USD pay of 1.5–2k plus $300–$800 monthly performance bonuses. A strong portfolio and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills required.
• Strong typography and layout for ad creatives.
• A portfolio showing clean, polished design work.
• Ability to follow a creative brief and established process independently.
• Clear written and spoken English; reliable communicator.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI product images using internal prompts, templates, and workflows.
• Overlay headlines and copy in Photoshop, matching Exchange Life's visual style.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and ad performance.
• Organize and manage creative assets, keeping AI image library clean and up to date.
• Communicate proactively about bottlenecks, capacity, and output.
