You will integrate AI into your workflow to accelerate quality and output, while ensuring consistency and credibility for executives and mission-driven clients in a remote, flexible setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of professional digital design experience with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Canva and Capcut for templated social work.
• Experience designing social graphics that performed well.
• Solid deck design skills and typography, color, layout fundamentals.
• Uses AI tools as part of a real design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create social graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and client accounts with fast turnaround.
• Handle web design tasks across platforms like Webflow or Squarespace.
• Transform content into polished, boardroom-ready decks.
• Maintain brand systems and document guideline decisions.
• Organize and hand off assets with clear, export-ready files.
