Job summary

Patriot Talent Solutions seeks an AI Specialist to guide responsible AI adoption, governance, and implementation across the enterprise. As the organization’s first AI hire, you will partner with IT, leadership, clinical teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to bring structure and oversight to current and future AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI, AI implementation, governance, machine learning, data analytics.
• Experience training technical and nontechnical stakeholders on AI concepts and tools.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to evaluate vendor solutions and explain technical concepts to business and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's AI inventory.
• Support the AI Governance Team and help establish appropriate AI guardrails.
• Evaluate AI agents, third-party solutions, and proposed AI-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across technical, clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Provide data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making.
• Educate employees and leaders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.
• Develop governance resources, process documentation, user guidance, and project reporting.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for AI-related questions and initiatives.
• Help shape the organization's future strategy for responsible AI adoption.
