Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architecture Governance Analyst to advance enterprise AI governance. You will own governance workflows, coordinate reviews with technology, procurement, compliance, and senior leaders, and drive improvements as AI adoption evolves.

The role emphasizes process management, ownership, and coordinating multiple stakeholders through complex workflows, with limited travel and on-site interviews in Chattanooga, TN as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise technology, governance, risk, or related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance and decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves governance processes, models, standards, and escalation paths.
• Organizes governance forums, agendas, and follow-up.
• Coordinates cross-functional reviews across technology, AI, privacy, legal, and procurement.
• Maintains demand and roadmap views, translating needs into requirements.
• Creates playbooks, templates, and training materials to enable adoption.
• Develops metrics and reporting to monitor value and risk.
