Nebius Academy (powered by Tripleten) seeks a senior AI for Operations Teaching Expert to deliver live virtual training for LATAM insurance and insurance-brokerage operations teams. Sessions focus on practical AI applications for process automation, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision making.
Prepared materials will be adapted to client contexts; you will dry-run, tailor examples, and support participants in applying concepts to their workflows.
Qualifications
- Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
- LATAM exposure, ideally with Chilean or LATAM corporate clients.
- Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools for operations.
- Experience teaching or delivering live virtual training to corporate groups.
- Excellent Spanish communication; professional English.
- Comfortable delivering remote, live instruction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live virtual sessions for LATAM insurance/brokerage teams.
- Prepare through dry runs and align with Customer Success and Program teams.
- Adapt materials to insurance-brokerage context.
- Explain AI applications for operations: automation, workflow optimization, productivity.
- Provide real-world cases and help participants apply concepts.
- Advise on governance and risk implications of AI adoption.
