Job summary

Nebius Academy designs hands‑on learning experiences to help professionals redesign real workflows around AI and agents, scale these practices across teams, and adopt AI safely in decision‑critical processes. We are seeking an experienced automation and AI adoption practitioner to become a Subject Matter Expert and Course Author, translating hands‑on experience into practical learning content.

You will design curricula, shape module outlines, develop case studies and templates, and translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, process engineering, or comparable roles involving redesigning real workflows around AI or agents.
• Experience delivering AI/automation pilots end-to-end including scoping, documenting, enabling adoption, and measuring business value.
• Experience implementing guardrails around AI-assisted work (QA, accountability, review boundaries, controls).
• Hands-on experience with agent/workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
• Experience driving AI/automation adoption across teams, with ability to quantify and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Clear understanding of where full automation is appropriate and how to justify decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication, with skill in structuring knowledge for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to collaborate across European time zones.
