Job summary

Lumana is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to steer how we position, launch, and communicate our AI-first video security platform. You will translate complex capabilities into clear narratives for buyers across education, government, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.

You will lead a global, cross-functional GTM effort, shaping messaging, enabling revenue teams, and driving successful product launches with strategic storytelling and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
• Experience in Series A–C startup or high-growth environment.
• Ability to read market signals and translate into strategy.
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills.
• Collaborative with Product, Sales, Marketing, CS to align priorities.
• Analytical with business metrics mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own Market Strategy & GTM Direction and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Own Positioning & Messaging across industries and segments.
• Lead Product Launches & GTM execution from roadmap to market.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS.
• Shape Content & Thought Leadership including case studies and narratives.
• Be the Voice of the Customer to influence roadmap and messaging.
