Job summary

Lumana in Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred) seeks a Product Marketing Lead to shape positioning, launches, and messaging for its AI-first video security platform. Translate complex capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers across education, government, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.

This role is highly global, cross-functional, and reports to the VP of GTM Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
• Experience building Product Marketing in high-growth startups.
• Ability to translate market signals into strategy.
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Market Strategy & GTM Direction: define market understanding and strategic recommendations.
• Own Positioning & Messaging: develop differentiated positioning across industries and segments.
• Lead Product Launches & GTM Execution: partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: unify teams around GTM priorities and execution.
• Enable Sales & Channel Success: provide messaging, battlecards, and enablement resources.
• Shape Content & Thought Leadership: create website messaging, case studies, and executive narratives.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: advocate needs to influence roadmaps and long-term decisions.
