Lumana is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to shape go-to-market strategy for our AI-first video security platform. You will translate complex tech into clear narratives for buyers across education, government, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.

You’ll own positioning, enable revenue teams, drive launches, and align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to win in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing shaping go-to-market strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building or scaling Product Marketing in a Series A–C startup or similarly high-growth environment.
• Ability to read market signals, customer insights, and competitive dynamics for strategic decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong understanding of complex technical products, preferably AI/computer vision/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Own Market Strategy & GTM Direction: define market focus, prioritize GTM efforts, translate insights into recommendations.
• Own Positioning & Messaging: develop differentiated positioning across industries and buyer personas.
• Lead Product Launches & GTM Execution: partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to bring capabilities to market.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around GTM priorities; develop enablement.
• Shape Content & Thought Leadership: create website messaging, case studies, product narratives, videos, blogs.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: synthesize feedback and competitive signals to influence messaging and roadmap decisions.
