Qualifications
- Eight+ years as a software engineer.
- Four+ years leading a team of eight or more engineers.
- Experience shipping AI features in production.
- Hands-on with AI coding tools in real projects.
- Background as senior/principal engineer transitioning to management.
- Able to work CET/CEST, ideally in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Ship AI-enabled feature in the first month.
- Remove bottlenecks in tooling, reviews, testing, and task allocation.
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones focused on output and quality.
- Own the engineering hiring process end to end.
- Define testing standards, code review, security practices, and team structure.
- Set technical direction in collaboration with leadership.
