Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Databricks experience.
• 2+ years of LLM application engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Python full-stack development.
• 2+ years working with Finance teams, FP&A processes, and close activities.
• Experience with finance systems such as NetSuite, Certinia, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-assisted variance commentary and close-checklist solutions.
• Develop experiences using Databricks Genie and governed finance data.
• Partner with FP&A Analysts to deliver tools improving efficiency and decision-making.
• Measure adoption, usage, and productivity gains to show business impact.
• Create assistive reconciliation capabilities preserving human oversight of controls.
• Design AI-enabled apps using Databricks, Python, and modern LLM tech.
• Ensure governance by separating AI-generated recommendations from financial controls.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand processes and reporting needs.
