Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years with Databricks and data-driven solutions.
• 2+ years of LLM application engineering including prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval, outputs, eval.
• 2+ years of Python and production-ready app delivery.
• 2+ years working with Finance teams and FP&A processes.
• Experience with finance systems and governed data (NetSuite, Certinia, Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot; CRO or pharma- services exposure preferred.

• Develop experiences using Databricks Genie and governed finance data for natural language exploration.
• Partner with FP&A and Project Financial Analysts to deliver productivity-enhancing tools.

• Create AI-enabled applications with Databricks, Python, and latest LLM tech.
• Ensure governance by separating AI recommendations from financial controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand close cycles and reporting needs.
