Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years with Databricks and data-driven solutions.
• 2+ years of LLM application engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Python and full-stack development skills.
• Experience with FP&A processes and monthly close activities.
• Familiarity with finance systems and governed data.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-assisted variance commentary and close-checklist solutions.
• Develop experiences using Databricks Genie and governed finance data.
• Partner with FP&A Analysts to deliver tools that improve efficiency.
• Measure adoption and productivity gains to show business impact.
• Create assistive reconciliation capabilities while preserving governance.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled apps using Databricks, Python, and LLM tech.
• Ensure governance by separating AI-generated recommendations from controls.
