Job summary

Xenon7 seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge enterprise AI platforms with Finance functions for a Fortune 100 client. You will prototype, deploy, and iterate AI applications inside regulated environments, translating financial challenges into measurable ROI.

Lead reusable components, prompt templates, and evaluation harnesses while interfacing directly with CFO leadership to drive strategic tech roadmaps. Strong Python, API, and UI skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI application deployment.
Product-shaped builder with bias for action and quick prototyping.
Ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specs.
Excellent stakeholder communication with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance units from discovery to deployment and ROI measurement.
Prototype vertical applications within 1–2 weeks to gather user feedback.
Build production-grade tools using Snowflake Cortex or Databricks Genie and robust RAG pipelines.
Deploy apps inside regulated enterprise environments with RBAC and compliance constraints.
Collaborate with CFO office, FP&A, and Controllership to convert business needs into technical roadmaps.
