Job summary

Bazeta is seeking an AI Field Engineer (Enterprise) to embed with large enterprise customers and translate GenAI challenges into production systems. You will lead technical discovery, scope proofs-of-concept, run load tests, and build end-to-end POCs inside customer environments with a focus on secure, scalable deployments.

You will advise on model selection, fine-tuning strategies (SFT, DPO, RFT), and work closely with customers and engineering teams to accelerate production deployments at

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or training.
• Proficient in deploying production code in customer environments.
• Familiar with model selection and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls and scope proofs-of-concept for enterprise clients.
• Build end-to-end POCs and production integrations inside customer environments.
• Guide customers on model selection and fine-tuning strategies (SFT, DPO, RFT).
• Manage relationships across enterprise stakeholders and align teams.
• Provide deployment insights to influence product development.
