Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer (remote, North America) to help customers adopt our AI/ML software and silicon solutions. You will work closely with the sales team and enterprise customers, translating deep technical knowledge into practical deployments that customers can run.

Candidates with 5+ years in customer-facing roles, and experience with AI frameworks, embedded systems, and data-center deployments, will thrive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical, enterprise experience in field roles (e.g., Sales Engineer).
• Proven AI/ML expertise and ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with embedded systems or AI accelerators.
• Strong understanding of data center, server architecture, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Partner closely with sales operations and product teams to provide feedback from customers and help shape future product enhancements.
