Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer to engage with customers, translate advanced AI/ML concepts, and support adoption of our high-performance silicon and software stack. The role is remote, based in North America, with preferred hubs in Santa Clara, Boston, or Toronto.

You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to address customer challenges, present solutions, and help shape future product enhancements. We welcome diverse seniorities for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical, enterprise experience in AI/ML or related field.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with customer-facing technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to gather customer feedback and influence product direction.
• Communicate complex AI/ML concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
