Hone Health is a fully remote-first medical clinic focused on helping people live longer and better lives through AI-powered experiences. As Product Manager, AI Experience, you will shape the patient journey with proactive insights, personalized chat, and memory features, reporting to the Head of Product Management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features—prompt design, model behavior, or conversational experiences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Deep personal interest in health and longevity.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for AI Experience—AI insights, chat, memory, and personalization.
• Define and track engagement metrics (engagement, retention, satisfaction).
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify where AI can improve the Hone experience.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, clinical and other product teams to weave AI into the patient journey.
• Partner with engineering on prompt design and model behavior to improve AI understanding and responses.
• Measure feature success and develop data-driven improvements.
