Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Product Manager, AI to lead the next generation of AI-powered experiences across patient journeys. You will drive the roadmap for AI in consumer journeys—guidance, education, adherence, and ongoing health support—and work end-to-end with engineering, data science, design, clinical, and operations to ship and iterate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Consumer Product Management experience in AI/data-intensive products.
• Familiarity with LLM-based systems (prompting, evaluation, retrieval, tools/agents, reinforcement or feedback loops).
• Ability to define and iterate on metrics at user and system levels, including safety/quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI product roadmap across patient experiences and messaging.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Clinical, and Operations to ship and iterate AI features.
• Drive experimentation (A/B tests, cohorts) and learnings to improve engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
• Ensure AI surfaces are trustworthy, safe, and well-integrated with patient and provider workflows.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and risks to executive stakeholders across a portfolio of AI initiatives.
