Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a new, relationship‑first consumer experience. You will define how AI informs discovery, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, partnering with engineering and design to build a concierge‑style solution across existing and new categories.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure safety, education, and protocols are integrated into the product, while shaping roadmaps for scalable, long‑term growth in a fully remote setting.

Formación

• 6+ years of product management experience across cross‑functional teams.
• A track record of building and shipping consumer products with business impact.
• Strong point of view on how AI reshapes consumer healthcare and integration into core product.
• Fluency with AI agents and AI-native workflows and collaboration.
• Ability to set vision and design scalable processes in operations‑intense settings.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end consumer experience for the new relationship‑first offering.
• Define synthesis layer across existing categories and stand up new product lines.
• Partner with engineering and design to embed AI into the core experience.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align protocols, safety, and education.
