Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Your insights help improve frontier AI systems and shape practical real-world performance. Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, pay close attention to detail, and can provide concise evidence-based feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review AI outputs meticulously.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment in audio-visuals.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing observed issues.
