Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with the work contributing to real-world AI performance and earning opportunities. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable making clear decisions when both options

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
