Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and adherence to prompts.

You’ll explain in writing what looked off, including issues in images, videos, and audio, to help improve model performance. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a nice-to-have.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain observations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
