Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Your work helps advance AI systems in real-world use cases.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
• Engaging in common tasks like image/video evaluations and video caption labeling as described.
