Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours, earning up to $15 per hour plus incentive payments. You may access leading LLMs and participate in image, video, and audio evaluations that help improve AI systems in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios verbally.

Responsabilités

• Hold live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate outputs.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations in English pointing to observed issues and preferences.
