Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with additional incentives based on project needs and location.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and providing written explanations.
