Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from remote locations. You will interview live AI voice models, compare image/video outputs to prompts, and document what looked off with clear, evidence-based explanations. Flexible hours and the ability to work from home are offered.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and able to provide concise written justifications. Bachelor’s degrees are nice to have.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot issues.
• Experience describing decisions in writing with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or text errors.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was observed.
