Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked off in writing, all from home or while traveling.

Your work helps improve AI reasoning and realism across image, video, and audio tasks. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and may have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing an English explanation detailing what was observed.
