Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what went off, helping improve how AI systems respond to real-world prompts.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, and you will work remotely with weekly incentives and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of your observations.
