Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your schedule.

The work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve through Outlier's evaluation loop. Contributors review image, video, and audio outputs for prompt fidelity, realism, and quality, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and clear each output sounds and explain why it differs from the prompt.
• Review and compare AI-generated images and videos for adherence to prompts and quality.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observed issues.
