Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay/zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
