Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate how natural and clear exchanges are, and explain in writing what looked off.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos, rating adherence to prompts and quality while working remotely on your own schedule. You’ll gain access to leading LLMs and earn hourly pay with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing English explanations of your observations.
