Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs, spotting artifacts, and rating outputs across multiple dimensions, with pay per hour. The work is 1099 contract, fully remote, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation.
