Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to listen closely and replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining things in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was observed.
