Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve, turning frontier research into real-world AI performance. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualificações

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a concise explanation in English.
• Fulfilling common tasks such as image evaluations, video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations.
