Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and capable of writing clear, concise explanations based on observed evidence. This role supports Outlier's efforts to improve AI systems in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing targeted explanations in English.
