Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a clear English explanation.
