Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write precise explanations of what looks or sounds off, all on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable making clear determinations even when both options have flaws. This flexible role offers remote work and pay per hour with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, concise written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded off, in English.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting artifacts like distortion or audio mismatch.
