Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, ranking outputs, and explaining discrepancies. You will compare image and video pairs, assess adherence to prompts, and provide written feedback from home with a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely on a self-directed schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable speaking through realistic scenarios in casual conversation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors in visuals, audio, or text.
• Writing a detailed explanation of what was observed, in English.
